Split

Croatia is a country that is dear to my heart, I would absolutly go back! The second time we visited the country we eneded up in Split, but if it wasen’t for the fact that we rented a house I would not be that impressed by Split itself. It was an ocean of tourists and that gave off a wibe on the entire town, the restaurants were not really of good standard, it was stressful and the attitude was lacking… we spent most of the trip in our house where we had our own pool, with a view of the ocean and free movement!

We had dinner at restaurants every night and learned about the surrounding area and enjoyed the sunsets 😍 At the end of the week we felt that it was time to do someting different, so we could see some of this beautiful country. We decided on renting a ribboat, but that will be a totally different post 😉

Kroatien är ett land som ligger mig varmt om hjärtat, jag skulle absolut åka tillbaka dit! Andra gången vi var där så besökte vi Split, hade de inte varit för att vi hyrde ett hus en bit utanför så var jag inte särskild imponerad av själva Split. Det är ett hav av turister och det märks tydligt på hela staden, restaurangerna hade absolut inte samma standard, det var stressigt och bemötandet var sådär.. För mesta dels höll vi till i huset där vi hade egen pool, utsikt över havet och kunde röra oss fritt!

Vi var ute och åt middag varje kväll och lärde oss området och njöt av solnedgångar 😍 När vi började närma oss slutet av veckan så kände vi att det var dags att göra något, så man får se mer av detta fina land. Vi bestämde oss för ribbåt, det är annan historia som ni ska få höra om 😉
