    Iphone, Android or SLR?

You all know I love photography right? I have been photographing everything from my toys as a kid, to models in cool destinations abroad, I do a bit of landscape photography within my work and now lately I have found a fascination for taking beautiful images of food and drinks. It’s not just a quick photo for an Instagram story, I really enjoy taking my time to set up the image. Finding the right light, the props and backdrop have to be perfect. I am trying to use everything I have learned through my years doing fashion photography to get the colors and composition right but to be honest I…

    Wine o clock @Tullhuset

You can’t really go to a seaport without having some seafood, can you? We found this cute little cafe, right at the center of town overlooking the boardwalk and the canals, called Tullhuset. They serve everything from pizza and burgers, to cocktails and icecream. For our little group of adventurers it was the perfect place to have a quick lunch, well… that quick stop turned out to be a few hours, we really enjoyed ourselves. White wine and smoked shrimps, with bread and aioli, served on a hot summer day, shared with friends and loved once. Does life get any better than this? The prices were affordable, the people were…

    Roadtrip to Trosa

Oh yes, we went on a small roadtrip to Trosa for the weekend, I was so looking forward to going on a mini-trip. Not that its fun to pack your bags when you’re going somewhere, but this time its kind of okay, just cuz its been such a long time. But then again, we all know that good feeling goes away as soon as your back home, and that bag of yours starts craving to be unpacked. To be completely honest, before I could start packing, I had to do some unpacking from our last trip (new years in Athens). I had a vision of updating you guys during our…

    Relaxing by the pool

Yeah, so this picture was last years relaxing by the pool, in Nessebar Bulgaria, it all seems kind of amazing doesn’t it? What I would not do to be right there, right now. But that’s not happening…We have just canceled our last booked trip abroad for this summer. We had plans to visit Cyprus for a week and just have that relaxing trip, you know, All-inclusive by the pool where you just let the stress fade into vacation vibes. That was our plan for our first week of the summer vacation, so now what? It takes a while, just to let it soak in that we’re not going abroad…

    Langos from Hungary

This time of year or hometown usually has its main even, a market, or a fair. But like everything else right now, it was canceled due to Covid 19. The one thing we always pick up at the pair is the Hungarian street food Langos. Its a fried bread, sometimes called Hungarian pizza. It kind of seems like I am saying this every week as I sum up our latest food adventure, but this was super easy to make. All you need is a large potato, freshly boiled and mashed, flour, salt, water, and yeast. You’re good to go for making the bread, so mix it all together and let it…

    Top 4 in Rome

I want to share my favorites sightsing spots from our trip to Rome in Italy. Keep in mind that our trip was quite a few years ago, so maybe my facts are a bit outdated, feel free to call me out. Fontana di Trevi, back in 2013. Fontana di Trevi Let’s start off with one of the biggest tourist sights ever, but after seeing the amazing architecture I can totally understand why. According to the legend, you are supposed to drink a thirst-quenching glass of water from the Trevi fountain and that would give you good fortune and make sure that you would return to Rome. Fortunately, the saying has…

    10 Travel dreams

This is an old list that been going around for quite some time now, but I have not gotten around to doing it until now. I have read the list at several bloggers, both fellow travelbloggers as Amanda from Swedish Passport and Jossus Travelpics but also with Matilda Berlin. Have you read this list before? Events Oh, this is a good one. My first answer will be Beltane, in Edinburgh of course. And then Hogmanay, also in Edinburgh. Yorvik Viking festival in York. Yggdrasil medieval and pagan festival in Treviso. That’s quite a theme huh? But I don’t look for just the pagan and medieval thingies, I would love to…

    4 favorite Italian drinks

As you’ve all seen we’ve had both Greek and Indian dinner, so it’s about time we take the food travels to Italy for some pasta and a few Italian drinks. As we were planning our menu for the night we kind of stumbled upon the idea of making cocktails in Italian fashion, and who am I to say no to a great idea huh? So cocktails it is! Keep in mind though when you’re reading this, we’re not always keeping the original recipes, due to the simple facts that our little bar at home did not have all the ingredients. Aperol Spritz So let’s start off with a fun fact,…
