Will the SAS flight take us to Edinburgh?

As I think most of you have heard, SAS is in a strike, so theres been massive delays and cancelled flights. And yes of course we’re flying with SAS airlines on our trip to Edinburgh Scotland and our flight is in risk of beeing cancelled, so I’m checking their website a few times a day to catch any updates, but so far they havent even begun to show wednesdays cancelled flight. Yesterdays, and the day before that, we’re cancelled. Todays flights are on schedule, but we cant really be sure of the upcomming departures. It kind of feels a bit unsure, wouldnt you say? I’ll keep checking the websitesKeep your…

    Scotland Edinburgh, here we come!

Ah well, its about a week left before we leave for Edinburgh again, It’s almost time to start packning, but in order to do that I need to unpack the bag. Its still filled with shoes and clothings that I brought with us on our trip ti Madrid. Two months ago. I know. Anyways, moving on. Even though I have been to Edinburgh before and I have a pretty clear view of what I want to see and how to spend my days, I’m always open to having an idea pitched. Besides from having a photoshoot booked with the same modellingagency I worked with last year, I dont have any…

    Who’s your springfling?

So who’s you springfling going to be? You know that quick fling you have during the spring. A small hook up. An attraction if you may. Maybe thats not an expression used on travels, but stick with me here… we’ve all had this puppy love connection to a place. You just adore it. Or maybe you fall head over heals in love with a place and cant get enough of it. Maybe even facebook stalk it, huh? I would say that Edinburgh is my springfling, not just a one nighter, more of a reaccuring dream. We met last year and really hit it off, so I cant wait to reconnect…

    Reunion

Most people talk about that one big great epic love and they might be right, but I doubt it… I have fallen in love with so many cities the last couple of years and I still keep falling. Sounds a bit dramatic perhaps, but I think you will understand when I tell you that I get to bring my friends along when we’re checking off number two on the bucketlist of 2019. Yes, I get to introduce my friends to one of my great loves, Edinburgh. I’ve been nagging on Angelica, really going on and on about Edinburgh and she finally caved. I even got her to watch all of…

    Reslista!

//A & A 1. Dyka i från poolkanten eller smyga i från badstegen/poolkanten? Diving in och climbing from the ladder? Jag är en riktig smygare, det är läskigt med kallt vatten. So am I, I love to swim, but I cant dive. 2. Backpacker eller “suitcaser”?…

    Tv-series that inspire traveling

Well yes, while our boys would say that there’s no need to inspire us to travel, you always find inspiration somewhere, right? When Maria from Fantasydining wrote about how she experienced Paris like a Gossip Girl, it made me think of a lot of different movies and tv-series that have inspried me to travel or made me want to visit a place. Enjoy the read, hopefully it will inspire you to in some way, maybe to travel or to reenter the magical world of marathon watching old series. I mean, what better way to start the autumn right, with some great tv-serier that will inspire your travelling and a cup…

    Bucketlist for 2019

Okey, lets do one of thease bucketlists for 2019… is it cheating to put Madrid on the bucketlist, even though we already booked it? Madrid – Yes, I’m putting it in there. It’s a safe way to get one point. Rome – Ann has been there, done that, but she wouldnt mind doing it again. Angelica hasent been there so it would be a great city to visit together. New Orleans – that a bit of an overreach, but a bucketlist doesnt have to be all obtainable, does it? Malta – we’ve talked about going to Malta for years now, for the history and the sun ofcourse, so I say…

    This weeks best…

… is the new challange in the #nouwautumnchallenge. Me, in a street in Edinburgh, Scotland. And to me, this weeks best is that the series of Diana Gabaldon has released it’s fourth season. I know right, who doesnt love Outlander? The series was my initial inspiration when it comes to traveling to Scotland. Before I started watching the series I had never really thought of Scotland as a destination I wanted to visit, but as the series dragged me along the highlands I started reading up on the history of Scotland, I was mezmerize. Who wouldnt want to go to Scotland and visit Edinburgh or Inverness after reading the history,…
