Pegasus Airlines
Pegasus Airways. I mean have you ever heard of it? I hadn’t, atleast not untill we booked our flight to Istanbul. I was so sure it would be just a no name airline, really small and simple. Maybe due to the fact that we were traveling to the small airport of istanbul. I couldnt have been more wrong… Its not a small airport, its huge. Restaurants, pubs, taxfree shops and lots and lots of hangarounds. Theres simply nothing small about it. I was wrong. Anyways back to the airline. And I was wrong about the airline, Pegasus may not be known to little old me in Sweden, but its quite…

First impressions of Istanbul
Once in while you find yourself, wandering around in a new city, wondering why you’ve never been here before. Thats kind of the feeling I got when I was walking the cobblestone streets of Istanbul. I already knew that I would love to see the city and that I would like. I liked the city before I even visited. Its been once of those cities that not on the bucketlist, but more on the hidden agenda. Does that make sence? If it doesnt make sence to you, I primise you that it would if you gave the great old city of Istanbul a good try. It has about everything to…

Rollers & Bowlers
They say its a sportsbar and amusementcenter with an american diner experience. I say thats about right. The place looks absolutly amazing, the interior design is to die for. Its kind of a gasstation diner with pastel cubicles where you enjoy your foods and maybe a shake. The walls are covered with cool paintings and quirky looking objects. They serve everything from meetballs and lasagna, to burgers, wraps and american pan pizzas. The lunchmenu is about 10 €, so its well worth the price. Especially since you get to eat you food to some great 50s music. If you want the more adult experience theres is a bar by bowling…

Preparing for summer
When swedes are getting ready for summer, that means getting the patio in order, pulling out the grill, bringing forth the winterstored furniture, planting some new flowers and maybe buying some new garden decorations, simply preparing for the barbaque season. Atleast, thats what I do. I love this time of the year and I really cant wait to get the final details in order, so we can jumpstart the summer of 2019. I’ll show you some images of my patio in a while, when its all dolled up and ready to be shown of. So tell me, how do you prepare for summer? I know that a lot of our…

Rooftop tequilas at El Viajero
Rooftop Tequila, that could really be the name of a drink, couldnt it? This was absolutly, by far, one of the best outdoor bars in Madrid. No, we didnt visit them all, so in my oppinion, this was the best because of the amazing view, the location and the good tequila ofcourse. If you are ever in Madrid and are in need of a place to put your feet up, I strongly recommend that you hit up El Viajero on Plaza de la Cebada, 11. El Viajero has a restaurant on the mainfloor, dining areas on the second and third, and then you have the terrace on the rooftop. Its…

56 days spent in Turkey
Turkey is by far the country in Europe that I’ve visited the most. I’ve been trying my best to remember all of the times that I’ve been in different parts of Turkey during the years, and it could be that I might have forgotten some of the trips that I took during earlier years. But I dont think so. 2001, Alanya2002, Alanya for two weeks 2010, Side2011, Alanya2012, Özdere Izmir / Kusadasi2013, Alanya2014, Oba This equals 7 trips to Turkey, about 56 days – give or take a few. I cant tell for sure which one of the different trips that was 7 or 8 days, so I’ve summed it…
